CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in an additional fee equal to 75% of the service price, and your deposit will be forfeited. Forfeited deposits cannot be transferred to future appointments. Free consultations that result in a no-show will be subject to a $50 non-refundable and non-transferable no-show fee. Failure to attend any appointment or free consultation without communicating with us beforehand will also result in a ban from booking future appointments. All scheduled appointments, whether or not a deposit is required or paid, are subject to this cancellation and no-show policy. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If at least 24 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.
